And most people said that you were just fine the way you are.
We live in a society where there is an unrealistic body image out there. The people modeling our clothes have a BMI of below 16. Actresses are constantly sharing their dieting tips. Each month a magazine comes out with a new weight loss plan. You are going to get some people who have bought into that negative body image answering your questions. Ignore them.

heck no i used to be 120 and only 5'1" and was wearing a size 3/4 i would hardly call that overweight or fat. mine was mainly muscle but either way i don't see where it makes you fat. depending on how you wear the 120 you may need some toning but i would say you are just fine.

Yeah, because they had no idea what they were talking about. At 5ft2, an acceptable weight range is between 101lb and 136lb, which equates to a BMI of between 18.5-24.9 and that is considered perfectly healthy.
I'm also 5ft2 and 120lb and I know for a fact I am not overweight, so you can't be either! lol
HTH : )

Beind 5'2 and 120 lbs would definitely NOT make you overweight... you're at a good, healthy weight.

No you wouldn't be. According to the BMI index you're in the safe zone. You may want to do some toning exercises if you're feeling like your overweight.

According to the BMI (body mass index, I think it stands for?) formula, you are actually normal for that weight and height. It is not very accurate because your age does make a difference, but it is a rought estimate.
You shouldn't worry - you're fine.

I am 5 ft 2 and I consider myself fat because I weigh 129 but all my fat is in the middle where no one sees it and I dress so it doesn't show, but I bet my BMI is really bad so it depends where your fat is

YOU ASKED THE QUESTION--now you need to whine about the responses? Most people said you were fine at 120 pounds.

ur only 10 lbs overweight
if ur 5 feet you should be 100 lbs and every inch after that u add one pound, ur ideal weight is 110.
u are definatly not fat with that weight, though. dont obsess over ur weight or ull get an eating dissorder (ive seen that happen, its not pretty).
