A professional cleaning at your dentist office can remove the sticky tar and nicotine stains much faster and better than the smokers toothpaste or even Rembrandt, but if you can't go then try the toothpaste.

You need to have them cleaned by a hygeniest as the stains wont come off by just brushing them

First thing I suggest is you quit smoking, or at least cut down as much as possible. The second thing I recommend is a good whitening system.

your dentist can do it for you...... you can also Use crest white strips or Rembrandt white strips. Brushing with baking soda and peroxide works well too. Just be careful not to be too aggressive near your gum line. Good luck.

You could use those CREST witening strips. It would witen your teeth. Also please try to quit smoking if u do because many in my family have and still are hurt from smoking. So i feel it my responsibility to warn and help smokers quit. So please, try and quit. Them try again.
