My favorite one that we still talk about to this day.
A few years back I did a good one to my boyfriend (now husband). He was supposed to wake up for work at 5 am. I turned off all the alarms and set ALL the clocks in the entire house an hour ahead. Then at 5 I ran into the bedroom and yelled "Wake up! You're late for work!!"
I told him I acidentally fell asleep in the living room (I would have normally been awake, that was about the time I would be coming home from work."
I told him when he got out of the shower (and had breakfast made for him to make up for it - He said "What the h*** are you doing I don't have time for...). He was taken completely off guard and he was SOOOOOO PO'ed.
He told everyone at work about how mean I was to him, and they all about peed themselves.

go into a friend's house while they're not there, leave some muddy footprints by the sliding glass door leading into the kitchen or bathroom. then put a lot of fake blood in and around the sink, and leave some hair, too. they'll think someone used their house to wash up after a murder.

If someone calls you on the phone, just talk to them normally, but then pop a balloon and scream "I'VE BEEN SHOT!"
