Anything except being belemic, i am 230lbs and want to be about 160-180 as fast as i can

There is no EXTREMELY FAST SUPER DOOPER way to loose weight, buddy. Your body is not a toy, you can't make it fat for a while and skinny for a while.
If you wish to diet, it WILL take TIME. Patience, my friend.
Of course, i'm trying to make my stomach flatter for a party I'm going to, i'm doing at least 60 pushups throughout the day, i have no idea if it is working yet, i may be let-down.
But, you can either "call Jenny" or join a fittness center and get a trainer. Also, try SWIMMING!!! Swimming tones EVERY muscle in your body!! I know a boy who's a swimmer.... he's hot.
BTW, you don't want to be too skinny, not all girl like skinny guys. My boyfriend is 175+ pounds and he looks great! He's also 6'3'' and very muscular. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so if you wanan be muscular, say "good bye" to ever being 160. I girl athletes who are 160 and they look great.

The best way to loose weight is to eat a salad with every meal that way you don't eat all your food. Also when you want to snack eat like a apple or orange other then candy or chips. Also don't drink pop at all unless you real have to have it drink like one can a week then. Go out side and enjoy the sun too.That brings your spirit up and you feel good about your self so you do lots more healthy things to feel great. I just started loose weight after I had a child. I all ready lost a lot weight since then doing every thing I have told you. Feel great about your self helps a lot. Good luck!

Cut out the 6 foods that you abuse!
No soda, No juice, No fast food, No junk, No white flour ( replace that with whole grains)

Go to your local health store, buy a detoxifying kit and detoxify then take a strong anti-oxidant like alpha lipoic acidn everyday.

Your lack of patience is not a good sign! It took you many years to gain the weight, it will take time to successfully and permanently lose it. There are no shortcuts or magic secrets. The only answer is the one you already know: sensible eating and regular exercise. A reasonable goal is to lose 1 lb per week.

A guy I work with lost 15lbs by doing this 'cleansing' diet. He has to eat like a rabbit for 3 weeks & he is still losing. He's a big eater. He didn't excersie at all.

if youre willing to make the comitment, you have to do it for more than a couple of weeks. If you really want to loose weight, you would apply yourself for a good 6 months to a year then dedicate your life after to not going back. Thats what it takes, hate it or love it.

Stop buyng your food at all places where you usualy do it and start buyng it all at Natural stores. I dont know where you live but you shut chek if you hav a store called "Ms. Greens' This is one of the best natural stores, Eat natural and you will louse all the extra weight you have, it work for me i dont see why it can't for you!!.

You have to work out. If you just lose weight from changing your diet then you will have hanging skin! You have to work out to tone the skin and keep it firm. I've heard that with the right work out, you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight!
