Dont eat it! HFCS is bad news and bad for you. Most so called whole wheat bread is garbage too. Get something with whole grain, ideally without flour, and most importantly, at least 4 grams of dietary fiber per serving. Keep reading those labels!

Well yeah the regular whole wheat is just bread made with whole wheat. It's healthier but not much. If you really want healthy look for organic bread with sprouted grains. No guarantees though, so you might want to read the food label anyway.

No - if you buy bread in the grocery store - even in their bakery department - you will get high sugar content. Americans crave and are addicted to sugar and what goes to the grocery store must comply with that. You must go to an independent bakery and pay a lot for good bread. Usually $5 and up for a loaf. And you must use it quick as it goes bad in three or four days. Healthy costs a lot and that is why America is Fat We can Not afford healthy. Healthy is also much much cheaper to produce. Talk about Greed.

Truthfully, most wheat breads are just white bread with dye in them. Read the labels carefully!

You are getting the wrong kind of bread.
Unfortunately, anything soft will have some kind of $@!# in it. You will probably have to go to a health food store, or an import store. (other countries don't process their food as much as we do). I buy a bread that is shipped in from Canada.

Get Ezekial Bread which is a fancy way of saying "Sprouted Bread" and then you will have the healthiest bread available.

First of all, relax. A little corn syrup isn't a problem. Look for yourself to see if other bread has corn syrup.
