I am 13 goin on 14 and am quite big can any1 tell me a gd way to lose wight espicilly round my stomch

first of all dont worry about ur tummy it s natural to be a little plump in that area at ur age .however for fun why dont you try a belly dancing class i already do and have found my middle has toned up but most importantly i dont hate my body anymore ....and no in not a size 10 or less i am a size 18 but used to be 26 when i was younger hace fun and relax with ur body u sound like you are fine.

eat healthy, only have 6 meals a day. spread 3 hours a day. make sure that you stay hydrated, because that will make you full and you won't want to eat as much. if you feel really hungry, eat a handfull of almonds 20 minutes before you eat, and it will make you much less hungry. going anerexic isn't the way, just balance your meals, and don't eat to much. try not to have desert to that much, and make sure to reward yourself when you reach a goal. doing it with a friend helps to, it will give you more inspiration.

support yourself on your elbows, keep your back straight (do not jerk), curl your legs up and let them down slowly without swinging.
