I feel for you. I went online asking people how to gain weight and basically all I got was, "oh I wish I had your problem!"
First of all don't take any any any pills that claim to help you gain weight. Pills are bad, mmkay? :)
You probably just have a high metabolism right now, which isn't a bad thing. In the next few years you'll be hitting the next few stages of puberty and you'll fill out with hips and more of a chest. You'll still be skinny, but you'll have some curves, too.
But until you get there make sure you're eating a lot of healthy foods. Don't fall into that false sense of security of "oh I can eat anything and not get fat" and start eating every high fat junk food you can get your hands on. Because then you'd just be clogging your arteries. Eat a lot of protein (meats, nuts, dark leafy greens) and carbs (bread, pasta, rice). Eat cheese and cream sauces and things made with cheese and butter and dairy. That's a way to raise the calorie level of the foods you're eating but be getting something with nutritional value at the same time. Salads with olive oil based dressing is good. It has the good kind of fat in it. And keep drinking that milk. Right now your bones are still taking in calcium. You need that calcium for later in life. Don't ignore any of the food groups, but keep a focus on eating high-calorie foods.
You may find that you can't gain that much right now, and that's okay. Like I said you will be filling out over the next few years even if your metabolism stays as high as it is now. If you get really concerned about it, like you find that no matter what you eat you're actually having a hard time Keeping the 90 pounds on you, go to the doctor, okay?
Good luck, hon!

It really does depend a lot on your height. It's hard to tell whether you are actually underweight or just need to gain weight.
Bear in mind that there is an obesity epidemic in the US and "the average" American is significantly overweight. It may be that people are unfairly comparing themselves against you and concluding that you are too thin.
The best way to know is to check your body mass index, which is a simple calculation.
BMI = weight / (height squared).
The weight has to be in kilograms and the height has to be in metres.
You can easily convert from feet and inches or pounds to metres and kgs by using google (e.g. try typing "90 pounds in kg" into google and it will tell you "40.1 kg").
Ideally your BMI (body mass index) as a young woman should be between 18.5 to an absolute maximum of 25.
If you find this confusing you can email me your height and weight and I'll do the calculation for you.
If you are underweight the best way to gain weight is to eat lots of carbohydrates as someone else suggested. E.g. Pasta, bread, rice. Increase how much you eat at any one sitting. Try and change the milk you drink to full fat (if you're underweight that's not unhealthy). Eat more cheese etc.
Here's a link to get you started:

One last thing. Make the changes you need FOR YOURSELF, after checking you really are underweight. Do NOT let yourself be driven by other people into thinking you are too skinny when you're not.

No you definitly do not want to take any pills. At 13 your body is just getting around to filling out. Eat healthy for one and let your body do the rest. Alot of people think that to gain weight they need to eat fattening foods. Your body is different and you probably need to eat more healthy things like fruits veggies and grains. A girl I used to work with was skinny skinny skinny and would eat all the stuff that would make anyone else fat but she kept getting skinnier. She went to the doctor and he told her to eat salads and fruits and other veggies and to stay away from anything fattening. The fat was causing her body to burn calories at a higher rate and would burn off to much. She started gaining weight when she started to eat healthy. But like I said your body is just in process of filling out and you should just let it finish. If you feel weak because you are so skinny then you should see a doctor. Also remember no one is ever satisfied with thier bodies fat girls want to be skinny and skinny girls want to have more weight. Give your body some time do finsh its job and just try to eat healthy .

You should get permission from your parents prior to joining online stuff like this.
Anyway, you shouldn't take any pills unless your doctor prescribes them to you. Be wary of any diet or vitamins products on the market. Most often times, they're just money-making scams and don't work.
I wouldn't worry about other people's opinion about being skinny. Lots of adults want to lose weight and be like you. What you should care about is your doctor's opinion.
To gain weight, just keep eating helathy. Try more proteins... meats, poultry, fish, soy. Proteins are the building blocks of your muscles. You can also try lifting weights. When lifting weights, try less repetitions but more sets. For example, lift 10 times, rest then lift 10 times again...repeat cycle five times. Always take at least one day off in between to give your muscles time to expand and rest. On days that you don't lift weight, try aerobic exercise like running or walking.
Good luck.

well since you are only 13 you should be skinny. Besides think about this... people gain weight throughout their lives and so when your like 18 and kinda skinny... everyone else around you are gonna be fat. I'd say not to gain weight if you want to keep looking good in the future.

Don't worry once your body matures you will be gaining weight in places you never know you had, then you will wish you were 13 and skinny again. I'm sure you are beautiful just the way you are, there is no need to change your appearance to blend in with the crowd. Be proud of who you are and flaunt your skinny little butt.

You should eat carbs like: spaghetti, pastas and stuff like that with the dairy products. Or you could workout a lot and gain muscle so you have more muscle then skin and bone.
