Theres a guy i like in work but he is sending me mixed signals and cant tell if hes shy and quiet or is just being friendly. As hes fine round the other gals chatty etc but seems nervous round me. Its like at work dos i dont know if he likes me or not as he spends most of the time with the lads and when i talk to him he seems interested in what i say but he never goes out of his way to speak to me but its like that with most people. Its like i asked him if i could borrow a dvd off him and he said he would try and get it off his mate and weeks later he comes up to me and said im sorry i still cant get that dvd off him surely he wouldnt go out of his way to tell me that. He also seems quite open when i talk to him always laughing at my jokes,remembering stuff, sharing family info and personal stuff ie breakup of parents marriage yet he doesnt go out of his way yet he doesnt talk bout stuff with everyone.

he likes you definitely!! make him aware that you like him..do favours for him too and this works...give him a really cheeky grin if you ever catch him looking at u. so he will pick up on it...will make him less shy and nervous.

He sounds like a classical introvert, he also sound like he like s you! If you want to take it further, every time he shares something with you, really try and empathise with him and understand his feelings. Also try sharing some of your personal stuff with him, and when you do, tell him EVERY time how much you appreciate him listening and being there for you. If I'm right, he needs to feel that there is a mutual trust there before he really opens up to you and shares with you his real feelings for you. Remember that this might be really hard for him, so keep reassuring him that you appreciate him.

I had a thing for a shy guy, I hung out with him and we went to the cinema and stuff, but I still couldn't really tell how he felt. One night after we'd been to the pictures, I just pounced on him and gave him a snog. It turns out that he'd really fancied me all along but was too shy to admit it. We've been together for just over a year now. I hope your situation is the same.

i would say he definately likes you a lot.why dont you ask him if hed like to go for a drink sometime?or something not too heavy like bowling or even a shopping trip,where you could have lunch somewhere,in public.i was in a similar situation a few years back,& was too nervous to ask her out,but in the end i did,& we are still together now,so i would assume he is just as nervous about asking you out.you may have to make the first move,beleive it or not,blokes make act macho,but we are just as nervous when it comes to a date!!!hope it all works out for you like it did for me,good luck x

In my personal opinion i think he likes you. You don't expect every boy to come up to and say he likes you he might just be a bit shy to admit it.
