Go to http://www.snapfiles.com and click on the "Freeware" tab on the upper-right corner, there is a wide range of good music editors. Audacity is the best music editor that combine two songs into one and it's free.

An absolutely ideal program for what you want is called Audacity - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/. You can import the two songs and then tag one onto the end of the other graphically. It's easy to use and should come in very handy for all manner of audio jobs.
