Don't ever go over there at three am because you would but yourself in danger, and if things really seem to be getting out of hand, call the cops. Or, if you live in an apartment complex, call the super and see if he can talk some sence into them to fight at say...six in the morning.

My neighbors don't fight but have loud parties until all hours of the night. They even make loud banging noises and lord knows what else.

So this is what my 1st floor neighbors and I thought of. We can call the police (the non-emergency line) and tell them. Or leave them a note saying they are loud and to please tone it down. I've told my landlord about some other nusiances about them.

As I type this, my second floor loud neighbors are moving out!

Good luck, and I feel your pain!

Blast opra music out your window. Loud enough to hear but not so loud it would bother anyone living beside you. Put the speakers facing out your window. I live near a coffee shop that has outdoor speakers playing non stop opera. The manager told me they do that to make the kids leave and it really works. By the time you go to bed they should have found a new hangout spot.

I used to have neighbors that had loud, physically violent screaming fights.
I used to call the cops on them and watch the man get hauled off by the cops every time.
My advice to you is call the cops, if they get harassed enough while living there they will move away.

Alert the landlord to this the next day. And call 911 if nothing else.
