No soda is healthy. Diet soda is full of chemicals, and regular soda is full of sugar.

There really aren't any healthy sodas.
Some say that the lighter colored ones (i.e. 7Up and Sprite) are better for the teeth (less discoloration), although Mountain Dew is said to be the worst of all sodas-clear or not.

Most sodas contain too much sugar, which rot away at the teeth.
Then again, diet cokes are bad because they contain aspartame which has been linked to cancer.

Then there's the debate about the acidity of the soda...Many sodas have pH's in the 2-5 range (due to the many types of citric acid, etc.) which is more acidic than the average body and deteriorates the enamel of the teeth.

Which soda is the most healthy? Your guess is as good as mine.

That's sort of like asking which car should I step in front of, one going 60 or one going 40. Neither is good for you nor is soda.
