dogs can pick up ticks if they go in long grass..as can the owners...they burrow into the skin...so it could be that..it could be canker or just and infection.or a (sorry for this) a flea bite..anyhow looks like a visit to the vet

are their ticks under the skin? look very closly. If the the tog has ticks yu must remove. If no ticks I would see a vet about this

i dont no what it is but take it to a vet it might be a tumor or an ear in fection

sounds like it could be pollops or cists...take them to the vet to be drained or they''ll just aggravate him further.. think it is quite a standard procedure.
