Not that I know of...

Supplements aren't as good as vitamins found naturally in foods, but it is a good substitute if you can't eat or don't eat foods high enough in essential vitamins/minerals.

Yes, if they aren't absorbed but you rely on them!
Anything in liquid form sounds better for absorption, wouldn't you say?
Especially from real foods!

yes if its taken in too much quantities or if there is too much vitamin there is a condition called hypervitaminosis.
