I've got some little plastic cups with lids, and I use them to mix my oils with a bit of turpentine (to water them down some and to dry faster). How can I clean out the mixing cups?

First, get some WD-40 (Any local auto-supply, hardware store will have it..) Use that to clean the oil out of your cups. After you do that wash them with dish-soap and water to remove the wd-40 residue and you should have clean cups!

Wash the cups with warm water. Does that help?

First of all, I find it better to mix paint on something like a big dinner plate. You can wait for it to totally dry and peel it off or use a scouring pad, or use a wet pallette, which is like a sheet of absorbent paper, that you can just discard after use. You can also just use foil on your plate and discard after.
