He likes you to.. Rag him back. Smile and be kind but not to kind. Make him come to you and play a little hard to get. It is OK.. not to hard but just enough to encourage him in his pursuit of you.

If he stares at you that would most likely mean that he likes you. But, someone has to make the first move so you should try to talk to him. Who knows something good could happen after that.

Yes , he is showing interest. He's young and wants to be cool. Valentines day is around the corner. if he hasn't tried to talk to you yet send him a valentines chocolate chip cookie as friends. maybe that will bring him around. No mushy stuff he will get embarrased. good luck....

If he stares at you, he probably likes you. Most likely he just wants to seem tough with his friends so he makes fun of you around them. I think he likes you. You should ask him about it. But if you two get together and he still makes fun of you around his friends then thats a bad sign. But i think hes just shy and nervous. Talk to him!
