I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Be wary of diet pills. Unless they are prescribed and your healthcare provider checks on your progress periodically, I wouldn't recommend diet pills. Most often times, they're just money-making scams. Instead try, the following...
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Eat healthy snacks several times a day throughout the day instead of eating three big meals. Stay hydrated... at least 64 oz of fluids... health fluids... i.e. juice, water, milk... avoid alcohol and sodas.
Exercise. You don't have to join a gym. Just walk around the block a few times. If you don't feel safe in your neighborhood, you can just walk/jog in place at home for about 30 minutes. You can also try window shopping... walk around the mall... just leave the credit cards and money at home so you're not tempted to buy.

well if u watch your diet and excerise.... u dont need diet pills they are just a waste of money....plus some diet pills just give ya the poops...which will make you think u lost a few pounds but when u get backed up again... u gained 2 pounds so there is no sence....
