no, no, no.... first say something to make her laugh. let her go for a bit (5-10 minutes) then sneak up from behind and lightly pinch the tip of her ear lobe and say with a non-aggressive smile "ay dollface" Show some confidence NOT desperation.
if she doesn't smile or laugh let it go. if she smiles AND laughs you're golden. and do not ask to kiss. don't be a shmuck. if you can't tell she wouldn't go for it don't do it.

In my opinion, winking is okay if you're in a loud place and talking is out of the question. However, kissy faces would make me RUN AWAY! It's just too juvenile.
The best way to pick up a woman is to walk up to her, tell her your name and ask for hers. It is far better than any of those old cheesy lines. Anything that sounds like a line probably isn't going to work for you.
Unless you have a dog and like to take it for walks. I myself will go up to any man with a dog and chat them up. Usually, it's just to pet the dog, but I've found it's a great way to meet people. Oh, and it is helpful if it's actually your dog.

I am thinking that the answer would be yes if she were in Jr High and/or had low self esteem...just be yourself and talk to them. Find out what she is interested in and make your move. If she is someone that you don't know then just use your brain alittle in order to think of something clever to say.

Only if you are Elmer Fud and she's Bugs Bunny. My suggestion on picking up women is eye contact and smiling and nodding. That's what signs men send to women when they are interested.
