Yes, you hear and read sometimes about Feng Shui, and how they claim rearranging/redecorating according to Feng Shui techniques can harmonize your surroundings; create balance, growth, health/wealth,ect.
Have you ever had this done in your home &/or office and did you actually really experience a difference on ANY level besides the mere fact that it was simply rearranged??
If so, can u tell me a little about ur experience please?
(was thinking of having this done)
thx

Yes it does help. But remember any type of metaphyscial work done either to your home or yourself is also a mental acceptance that it will work. You have to believe in yourself for change to happen.

Having said the above YES YES YES it does work. I have my prosperity and romance corners set up and it works great.

Here is a feng shui sort of thing that just happened. When I'm sick I spend the day on the couch. This is so I can watch Cable TV, have my lap top, sleep everything all in one. Usually my couch day is just what I needed to rest up and get back to life. It just so turns out that my couch is in my Health Section. That was very cool.

When my prosperity section was working, but I was having communication issues or problem clients it turned out that I needed to work on my helpful people section. I had used that corner for storage, not planned storage, just sort of wound up throwing stuff there. Once I cleared that out, I found that things improved.

Whenever I'm having problems I try to figure out what my problems are what in my life or home is upsetting the balance of things - then I go clean out that area, or work on myself for improvement. Plus, it helps that I have feng shui consultant on speed dial!

I recommend it. But if you are skeptic or don't know a lot about it, first research it. Go read anything and everything you can. That will help.

Good Luck and God Bless

I never had a professional come in and execute Feng Shui. However, after living in NYC you strive to learn how to maximize space along with an emotional balance so you don't walk into an "oddity." You know what I mean?
So, I flipped through all these Feng Shui books and took some, actually, a lot of the advice and it turns out that there is a sort of peace that comes with doing it. Im a high strung person who worked a lot and when I was home all I thought about was work, but over time as I rearranged my studio apartment into a "Feng Shui" home it became what I was looking for. So my reccommendation is read the books first, execute the ideas yourself, and if it works, hire a professional if you can afford it.

I don't practive FENG SHUI religiously, but I do think certain arranagements of furniture and addition of natural colors and elements like plants, rocks, water, etc...does make a room much more relaxing. Will it make you richer? No.

i think it helps create balance in your space. i have read a few books on it, and actually used some of the ideas. but, to be truthful, when i tried to follow it exactly, it gave me more stress, because there were some things i was just unable to change, so, i did compensate the best i could..
good luck
