I'll answer your question (in part only)...rather than tell you it won't happen like the others. It would take all day to give you a complete answer.
#1 It would mean they had become the "global leader" in military tech.
#2 It would mean that they had declared war on what was once the dominant military country.
#3 ALL of our "guided" missles would be useless...They use satellites for targeting.
#4 We would be speaking Chinese next year.
#5 We would be able to actually see if the Democrats theory of "Pay them off they will go away works"

no. there would be no problems, as missiles are not totally guided by satellites.
missiles are controlled with inertial navigation systems. yes, the location of the launch platform is critical, and in the moving variety of platforms (submarines and aircraft) its nice to have the satellites to provide that initial start point...but its not absolutely needed. each platform does have an inertial guidance platform..separate from the satellites..that does provide a very close approximation of initial location...and with a nuclear weapon you don't have to be perfectly right on.
with airborne guided weapons like cruise missiles..they are provided with computers that have the terrain features loaded into it, which is compared to the results obtained by ground scanning radar. at the first recognizable terrain feature stored in memory...they get a very good fix on where they are at..and they self correct their course.
it might makes things a little difficult..but it isn't going to stop a response. communications do still go through under water cable systems...line of sight microwave towers..and low frequency earth antenna's . there enough back up in the system to take care of the communications problem too.

This would be a provocative act against another government, retaliation would be inevitable, unless Bill Clinton is your president!
The satellite incident is being blown out of proportion! This was a Chinese satellite that was blown up. This doesn't lessen the seriousness of the act, but it wasn't an assault on the US.
It certainly does send a message, and one that will be responded to in our own way. Initially, I believe the people who do this kind of work will be putting in some OT, for a while. We seem to have the capacity to rally to a cause. In this case, the cause is not letting the Chinese pass us, militarily!

a million. If China cuts economic ties with the US, it would want to damage (yet no longer ruin) the US, notwithstanding it would want to be the end of China's economy. 2. China provides the US honestly 0 military help of any form. 3. China isn't our greatest chum, neither is Russia, and neither of them were because the WW2 era. 4. NATO isn't, and not in any respect has been adverse to the US. in reality, NATO exceptionally a lot follows the US in each and every thing. i'm no longer effective why you experience responsible for being an American, yet you should surely experience responsible for being a thoroughly misinformed.

We'd buy more from them.
Seriously, they wouldn't do that, because it would cripple their ability to do business with the rest of the world.
The ChiComs are some clever little bastards. Espouse capitalism for the economy (Mao taught them that five year plans are stupid), while keeping the people under tight control.
Rest assured, you won't have any ChiComs denying this here.

We'd have to neutron them into extinction since they are so over populated. They aren't stupid and wouldn't do that. Their people would rise up against their government and they would be splitting their armies. ne to quell the upriiising in country and the other to protect from the barrage of battles they'd get from the free world.
