It would be: Ryoh-s'kay

The "u" sounds silent in this name. Saying "Ryoh-soo-kay" is not technically incorrect, but it is more natural to make the "u" silent in this name.

The same occurs in "suki". You CAN say "soo-key", but it is more natural and more common in Japanese to say: s'key

Japanese romaji is phonetic, however you must know how to say the alphabet before you can pronounce it phonetically. For ryosuke or りょすけ you would pronounce it rhi-your-sue-ke (as in the ke from keg).

If you're not familiar with how "ryo" should be pronounced in Japanese, it's CLOSE to saying "row" (like "to go in a boat and row"), but softer, more emphasis on the r, shorter "ow"-sound. The "suke" part is almost like "su-keh." However, you probably should barely pronounce the "u" in "su," thus making it like "s-keh." You put more emphasis on the s-sound when you say it, so your inflection should go down as you say the "Ryo" part, then back up as you say the "suke" part.

But whatever you do, don't say "Rye-oh-su-key".
