check out foodnetwork.com or rachaelray.com. rachael ray has some tasty tofu recipes. the real secret to tofu is making sure it is sesoned will and combined with other things to give it a more plesant taste.

type the words 'benihana tofu recipes' into your browswer. there's loads of recipes, great sauces you can try.
i personally love the ginger sauce and the mustard sauce.
real easy to make.
i like to cube my tofu and brown it in hot oil in a non stick pan before dipping in the sauces.

marinate it in soy sauce for an hour or so and then back them in the oven until slightly crisp.
or chop up and throw into a salad
