if i do 40 push ups a day


and 100 sit ups a day

i if i run and play sports for 20 mintues a day for 5 day a week

and if i eat dinner before 6:30 and i dont eat anything else


is it possible to lose five pounds in a month ???

You can loose five in two weeks or even one. Working out is good but be sure to get vegatables, fruit and lots of water (at least the normal 8 glasses) in to wash out anything that's excess in your body.

Five pounds in one month is very realistic and attainable. What you're doing is very good. Just remember, the recommended aerobic exercise is 20-60 minutes. Remember, to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Make sure you keep hydrated by drinking at least 64 oz of fluids every day. Also, try to eat smaller meals about five times a day instead of three big meals. Good luck.

Don't hurt yourself with the excercise. Of course you need to in order to be healthy, but find a good balance with diet and excercise.

As for dieting, The South Beach Diet works very well. I reccommend buying the book and doing phase 1 for two weeks. I've lost five pounds in a week on phase 1.

Absolutely. That amount of exercise as well as watching not only caloric intake, but sodium levels in foods will take those 5 pounds of and make you feel as good as you are going to look.

yes but running everyday is bad for the heart. try once in two days that way your heart will be strongeer cos it will have time to heal(cos its a muscle, remember)

yes you will lose more probly just be careful not to over do it just eating more healthy and stoip drinking coke if you do drink diet coke
