just try to cut back on eating garbage foods and soda, try low calorie and sugar free or low fat foods. and everyday try to do crunches, they work better and are easier on the back rather than sit ups. just do like 30 of those a day or how ever many you can do. and walk. walking makes your muscles look better and more defined in the legs. just stay active.

try doing some weight lifting 3 times a week for about 20 or 30 minutes. look to a magazine like Shape or Fitness for a good full body routine and make sure to use enough weight so you feel the burn but not too much that you injure yourself. if you are just trying to slim down a little bit this will be super effective because the more lean muscle mass you build the more fat it will essentially "eat up." plus you'll feel stronger and be plesently toned as well.

Start doing sit-ups for your stomach and butterfly kicks for your legs. Just do simple exercises and stretches. Also, it would help to eat a bit healthier.
