I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1. Cut the soda
2. Eat a grapefruit with breakfast
3. Drink at least 3 litters of water in a day (the last L before bedtime)
4. Avoid sugary cereals and limit your sugar intake.
5. Go for whole grains instead of refine flours (brown pacta, brown
bread, brown rice.....)

Eat "reasonable" proportions. If you drink sodas, drink diet sodas (much less sugar). Reduce the amount of junk food to almost nil (if you can't skip it entirely). treat yourself on occasion (chips, chocolates or whatever) but again keep it as a "treat", not a daily, regular habit. Exercise regularly: you don't need to go nuts with this. Go for a daily walk. Ride your bike. Swim. Whatever is manageable - and pleasant to you.. Good luck.

How old are you?

Most people put on weight after age 40.

Any way before you try any thing, see a doctor to rule out any abnormalities (Hormone, Pituitary).

Remember it is ten times easier to put on the weight then to take it off.


Body building is opposite of weight loss. But you must understand weight loss in order to build body.

I will include my article on weight loss also.

Most people eat protein reach food and complex carbohydrates, with one thing in mind, that they have to exercise 6 days a week and they have to eat more than what they burn off each day.

If you eat about 300 to 400 more calories per day then you burn off, you have a weight gain of slightly less than one pound per week.

You need to eat about 4000 calories per day minimum.

If that does not work than slow down your exercises routine.

In extreme case you will not exercises for two weeks at all, followed by vigorous exercises routine for six weeks. Repeat this cycle again and again till you reach your goal.
