okay so what if you were sitting at a lunch table in college by yourself and a guy just came up and sat down at your table with you and started a conversation with you. would u find him charming or wierd. same thing goes if your in a store or your walking down the sidewalk and he just starts a conversation with you. and one more thing. how would you want a guy to ask for your number and a date or something like that.

trusting people is a hard thing 4 me..and such an abrupt start will definitely make me mad.
best thing i feel is "friend first, lover later"..so even if ur love relation does not work out, atleast u wont be so embarassed as to even look at each other's face..!
same goes for the number and date..
t'wud be wierd to go out wiz some1 who doesnt even know me..!

I would probably find him charming, if he asked to sit with me before sitting. Otherwise I would just think that he was pushy or rude. If I were in a store or just out on the sidewalk, I'd love for a guy to start a conversation. If a guy wanted my number all he'd really have to do is wait until the conversation is ending and then say "It was really nice talking to you. We should do it again sometime." and then he should give me his number. I would respond by giving him mine and that would lead to him being able to ask me out. Good luck finding an answer for this! The cafeteria scene is pretty common. If I am walking down the sidewalk and I don't give you the I am staring at your sexy eyes, then I probably am just trying to get were I am going. In the store, maybe, just not Victortia's Secret cause then I'll think your all about sex, lol. I would just like a guy to ask if he could call me some time and then after we talked on the phone ask me out. That's just me though.

I guess it all depend on what he is saying. If someone sat next to me and said perverted things I think I punch him in the nuts and run like hell. On the other hand if a guy said something I cared about and was genuinely interested in my opinion then I would give him number faster than you can say "no panties".

i wouln't mind if anyone would have a conversation with me, only when it's somebody who scares me or when the guy is a lot older. If i don't like the person who starts talking with me i just say 'sorry' and i go away.
For the last question i have to say that i prefer to have a little chat before the guy asks my number. it's like they only would like me for your physical aspects and not my personality... who knows, maybe i'm a ***** ( i'm not by the way ;) )

To me it would not be weird it just means that the guy is just interested in me. If after talking we get a long then He would have to say It was nice chating with you can I get your phone number so we can keep this conversation longer.

I would think that he was a charming boy and I would like for a boy to ask for my number like "Excuse me I was wondering if I could call you sometimes and get to know you ." Then I would want a boy to ask me on a date like this "I am going out later and I wanted to know if you wanted to come."

It depends on how he approaches. I like it when a guy isn't pushy. If he introduces himself and asks for permission to join me, It is more polite. You should look to see if she looks like she might be studying and might not want to be bothered. Sometimes you can tell whether or not to proceed depending on her body language as you approach her.
