easy! it is not effective to defrag your harddisk space without expanding the virtual memoty itself!!
There are 3 alternatives to solve your problems!
1. Buy or upgrade your PC with bigger Harddisk space or expanding another RAM (Random acces memory)
2. Adding the virtual memory from; Start - Ctrl panel - System -Advanced - on performance table click "settings" - Advanced - on virtual memory table click "Change" - Choose each partition or hardisk drive (C or D or other drives) and adjust it accordingly to the ammount of available disk space.
3. before defragmenting the partition or the hard drives, try to do disk clean ups! just by right click fhe partition or the hard drives from my computer menu - properties - and click the disk clesn up table, choose the file's path that u wanna erase! after that your problem SOLVED!

Make sure all other programs are closed down first. Select start> all programs>accessories>system tools>disk defragmenter. Click the drive you want to defrag, then defragment. Don't allow the screen saver/standby to come on during defragmenting. Turn it off by right clicking the desktop, then properties>screen saver. Turn it up to like 200 minutes or so to be sure it won't come on during defrag. Click apply.

A virtual friend is often an easier friend to get along with as practically no responsibilities crop up to complicate the situation. The virtual friend may live a zillion miles away so requests to move heavy furniture or paint large houses are never made. That said, it is difficult to get as close to virtual pals as compared with friends I can see in the flesh. Only one virtual friend has risen to the level of a truly close friend.

you should have a diskeeper/defrag prog on your pc. Look in all programmes if you are nor sure. just open & follow instructions. If you dont go to www.download.com & download a free defrag prog. You should perform a defrag regularly as your pc will be much slower etc if you dont

defragging wont give you more virtual memory, try closing down any prog u do not need to have open, check right hand side of task bar for any progs u dont need to be running, or you can always upgrade your RAM
