Using sincerely sounds to formal, thanks again won't work because that was included in the last sentence, but just signing my name seems to be to quick of an ending, what should i use?

How well do you know the person? 'With love' could be a viable option if you have already exhausted 'thanks again', although it does rely on having a close relationship with the person. 'Yours truly' is another fairly formal response but it may be one of your only options, unless you rewrite the last sentence.
