is it too soon to say i love you?we've been going out for 1 week and he has told me like EVERYTHING except for i love you..wen ever we're on the phone there is this long pause wen we r going to hang up..but im not sure if its still to soon to say i love you??please help!!

One week? Be serious--do you really think that is right? Have you known him for longer than one week? You are quite probably confusing infatuation with love. Take your time--is there some kind of deadline to meet? "Only fools rush in"--ever hear that one? It's true! I'm not saying you are a fool--just don't do something foolish. You want to be sure that anytime you want to tell someone that you love them that they will be saying that back to you.
You will know when the time is right and not a second earlier--just try to be the best person that you can be when you are around him and talking to him.

i would say it on the 14 of febuary that way no matter what you heart will be set and yes say it when u feel
