If you're worried about getting your protein, consider for your snacks eating vegetarian foods, like morningstar farm products. hi shay c,first of all you need to loose some of that comfort.A female needs 3oz. of protein (lean) with every meal=meaning breakfast,lunch .dinner,plus 12to 15 oz. of good carbs(meaning fruits& vegetables) no pasta,no bread ,no junk.You will become a star and live a happy life you fox !
