go to a beauty salon and ask for a hair growing shampoo or serum. i bet any salon has it.

It takes time. There's nothing you can do to speed up the process. Just try not to do too much damage to your hair in the meantime, or you can consider extensions if it's that big of a deal to you. Good luck.

just brush it ,it grows better when it is not tangled
