fruit, veg, salad, chicken and fish and to drink i have had boiled cooled water or black green tea (or should that be green green tea) and I am bloated still, is that normal. O and also I have had some pasta and potatoes in with all that too. I thought i would be pooping through the eye of a needle.

I do a lot of house work and walking but no I dont literally do exercise at the gym or anything.

try 2 add some set organic bio yogurt in ur diet.
might help ease the bloating.

Everyone gets bloated now and then. Drink plenty of fluids and eat some yogurt and you should be feeling better in a few days. Most likely you have caught a slight bug (tis the season) to get anything. Lets be grateful whatever you have, you don't have it bad.

I may have misunderstood I don't see where you said your on a diet, I thought you were just letting us know what your eating. If I am wrong and your on a diet ignore what I said

Walking is great exercise you don't need a gym to lose weight especially if your on a budget.(make sure its at least 30 minutes a day).
Vegetables will make you bloat you need some whole grains in there, they even have whole grain pasta now. Don't overdo your water 6-8, 8oz glasses are plenty since your not overdoing the exercise.

are you constipated? are you trying to poo? why do you think you would have loose stools by eating chicken, fish, fruits, veggies and tea? I mean, that's normal food....right???

If you only ate foods with lots of fiber, like prunes, prune juice, dark green veggies; spinich, kale, mustard greens, or beans, hummas...then...you might have some problems.

Sounds like you are eating well and healthy.

if you are plugged try something from the drugstore, its called Fleet Phospho-Soda Solution. You drink it. It is a saline laxative. It works by pulling water from the body into the bowel, which helps to soften the stool and cause a bowel movement.

My mom says it doesnt make you cramp like some things and also, doesnt give you diahreaa, like some softeners, Phillips Milk of Magnesia, enemas, etc.

Where's all your wholemeal,grains, rice, nuts, beans???

You need all those things for your body to be able to properly assimilate B group vitamins. Without B6 and B12, the intestinal flora will be disrupted. Try eating, wheat bran and lecithin on your cereal in the mornings (health food shop will have them).Also eat some raw peanuts,walnuts,sunflower seeds.
Pepitas (pumpkin seeds) are an excellent to get everything moving again!!. Also make sure that you are getting at least 8 glasses of water daily...........

if your problem is bloating you should check the salt content of everything you are eating because salt makes you retain water. if your problem is pooping then eat a ton of high fibourus food like prunes and bran cereals with low sugar content. there is even a water soluable fiber drink (benefiber) you can buy and add it to a glass of milk or orange juice...

Sounds like you might have a yeast build up in your small intestine. Check with yrou Doctor, bloating is a symptom that you are not digesting properly.

Sound's like very good diet, your body will take a few days to adjust, but it will worth it in the long run. Go and buy yourself some Oust spray you may need it.

is this the first time you have eaten like this? maybe this is why you are bloated, maybe the water is making you bloated. i dont know!
You are doing so well, carry on with what you are doing and you should see results in time :)
