The baptism itself doesn't it is what happened after that does this. The baptism reveals Jesus in His humanity in that He was identifying Himself with us and giving an example of what was required of us. John preached repent and be baptized we see Jesus at the end of Matthew saying this very thing in the Great Commission.

When Jesus was baptized, the Spirit of God descended upon Him in the form of a dove. A voice spoke from Heaven saying "This is My Son In Whom I Am well pleased".

Jesus Christ was on this earth as a fleshly human at the time, and by abiding by all the rules of a fleshly human, he was showing his willingness to submit.
Humbly accepting that he was flesh and blood, and would follow the rules and laws of the country he was in, as well as the rules and laws of himself.
Of course, once he submitted to this baptism of repentance (not baptism of belief in himself) God put his voice to earth and stated that this is my Son, whom I love. No one else receiving this baptism of repentance was also given the vocal approval of God himself.
