Don't drink dark colored soda, coffee, tea, wine...basically any dark beverages. that'll keep 'em from getting worse at least. otherwise go to your dentist and ask about their whitening procedures. there are two different ones to look into whitening gel which works like the store bought products or laser whitening. these can be quite expensive though! i use the whitening strips from the stores and they work just fine although they do leave your gums a little sensitive. i've reviewed the ingredients in most of the well known name brands and there is nothing in them that will harm your teeth.

Avoiding drinks like coffee, tea, dark colored sodas etc. and smoking cigarettes. Sometimes brushing with baking soda (eeeww, I know it tastes gross) helps. Whitening toothpastes- sometimes those have stuff that is not safe for your tooth enamel, so be careful. Good luck!
