Oh yes he will and he will reign for a thousand years. Im a christian, and for those who don't believe in God, consider this:
If youre a Christian and believe in God, repent your sins and take him into your heart as your One and Only Savior you will go to Heaven. However if you don't believe, you will go to hell.. So what are you losing if you believe? Nothing. But say you don't believe...whats it going to hurt you to start taking interest in God, what can you lose? You can't lose anything. So why take the risk of going to hell by not believing?
You may say, "Well whats it matter if I don't believe in a Heaven or hell, I won't be going anywhere?!"
Well I say to you this.... What if there really is a God?

The first time God came to earth was His incarnation, about 3-4BC. The 2nd time, He returned to earth in His Parousia (Presence/Appearing) in AD70. Yes, Jesus returned already; we just expected to see Him sit on a tangible throne in a city with golden streets... but His return was to be within a generation, as He told His followers many times directly and through parables. Yes, they would see Him coming on clouds, which was a Jewish metaphor for God's Judgment. If you read about Jewish history, particularly 1st century (Roman Jewish War, etc.) you can see how all the signs given were indeed fulfilled. He returned to end the Old Covenant dispensation, and indwell believers who had the seal of the Spirit. I know most people are shocked to hear this at first, but it is Biblical, and it's actually more shocking to believe that over 100 imminent time statements such as, "soon, near, quickly, at the door, shortly, at hand, the last hour, in a little while, will not delay, about to come" can mean 2 millennia. Jesus is here, reigning in a Kingdom that is invisible and spiritual, and within us. What is unseen is eternal, so if we could see it, it would only be temporal.

Jehovah never came to earth, no one has ever seen Jehovah. Jesus came to earth, but when he returns you will feel him not seen him. if he came back in the flesh then he died for nothing. how can Jesus be God and be God's son? Jesus said he can not do anything without the Father in heaven. when Jesus was baptized and came up from the water, Jehovah came down like a dove and said this is my son the beloved. so Jesus is not God. Jesus cannot pray to himself?

Will He come back? Yes.
How do we know? He said so.
He's already been here a few times and He's coming back a couple more.
Want to start (another) ruckus?
Ask the folks how many times He's been here already.

How can God go or come anywhere if he is omnipresent?
Or are you speaking of a different God?
