The best way to lose the weight is just good old exersize and watching what you eat. You need to burn more calories then you eat. 3500 calories is = to each pound of food. So less food, and more burning of energy will help you.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

you can do it if you can be strong enough to leave the pizza and donuts alone. you already know they aren't good for you but if you can't avoid it then just eat one or just half a donut instead of three. you can eat what you want if you must as long as it's in moderation. and make sure you get enough exercise. is that donut or slice of pizza worth the work you need to put in just to burn those calories? if you want to take off weight then you have to burn more calories than you take in.

dont drink sodas.drink at least 8 cups of water a day. instead of pizza 4 breakfest try some whole grain cereal or some fruit..for snacks try to eat fruits and veggies..if u want somethin sweet then take half of it and it that and then l8ter if u have to have it then u eat the other half rather than 2 a day you just eat 1 instead. for exercise try running, sprinting, jump rope, crunches, and leg lifts. to stay fit you are supposed to walk 10,000 steps a day so shoot for like 12,00 or something like that just to get you moving. AND WHATEVER YOU DO DONT TAKE PILLS, THEY ARE VERY UNHEALTHY!!!!!

Exercise by doing pushups, situps, squats, and run every day.
And dont be an idiot and dont eat krispy kremes with pizza for breakfast.
Diet IS the most important of losing weight, so dont eat junk food man.

well.. you should definetly eat better. cut back on proportions too [like, if you must have a doughnut, only eat one] and drink water instead of soda. you'll feel better as well as look better. and shoot for at least 30 minutes of cardio excercise every day, like running or jumping rope or whatever. strength training [with weights] is good also.
