A nice venue in Baltimore is the Glass Pavilion at the Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus (at 3400 North Charles Street). You can get more information by calling 410-516-2224, and asking for Pat Forster, the Scheduling Director. I actually work in the Scheduling Office at JHU, so this is from the horse's mouth. Non-university events can be held on campus from June 1 to August 15 (not during the school year). There are also other rooms available to rent on campus, and prices range (for a 6 hour event) from $400 to $1200.

Since neither my husband nor I belong to a church, we used La Fontaine Bleu in Glen Burnie for both the wedding and reception. We rented out 2 separate rooms.
