Judges usually marry people at city halls.

Justices of the Peace usually travel to your ceremony and marry you there. There should be a list in the phone book.

If you are adamant about a Judge, call the county courthouse where you'll be married. They may have suggestions.

Judges usually only marry at city halls, you may want to call the office that handles that information and ask if they marry in other location besides the court house. If you don't have your heart set on a ceremony you may save a lot of money and ensure you don't step on any ones toes by getting married at the court house and have a really nice reception and invite everyone to that instead. One other option is to find a non denomination minister to marry you they marry in almost all locations.

Judges & JP's can only marry in their jurisdiction, meaning they can't cross county lines. Only ordained and/or licensed officiants & clergy can do that. Make sure whoever you chose is legal.

To find an officiant type into your search engine your city, state & wedding officiant ( no 's' on the end) You should be able to find someone to fit your needs.
You could also go to interfaithofficiants.
Some of us do interfaith ceremonies, civil, and spiritual (no particular religion but spiritual in nature)

You don't need a "judge" just a non-denominational clergy. Look in your local bridal magazines / books or search the Internet for your local Wedding Professionals group. They will help with what you are looking for.
Advice: this is YOUR wedding, don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings. You and your soon to be spouse are the only ones that need to discuss and decide what type of ceremony you have, be it religious or civil. Good luck

We recently attended a cousins wedding in which my brother officiated the wedding. My brother went to local City Hall/Hall of Justice and applied to be an officiant. The wedding couple paid for all expenses and they were married legally by my brother and at a minimal cost.... it was nothing except a nice thank you gift at the end of event. Why not consider a good friend or family member for yours?

You can use a non-denominational minister or have a family member get ordained at www.ulc.org.
