Your vet should know what documentation you will need. It is also a good idea to call the airline you will be using and ask them what they need.

he needs a health certificate at least within a week time of travelling from a qualified vet.
he also need his vaccinations and deworming done .
he needs details of his rabies vaccination.
he also need to be microchiped.
