Thanks to you lovelies who suggested limewire.com I am enjoying downloading and listening to music. I now need a step by step guide to downloading movies and viewing them. Can you let me have a simple guide as I am new to this. Thanks.

the movies are often compressed to make them smaller so you need a bunch of codec to enable you to watch them.

first things first if you just have standard limewire you should get limewire pro, its much faster. You don't HAVE to pay for it if you know where to get it. you can just search "limewire pro free download" and it should come up, if not you can actually get it on limewire! how ironic.

Movies take quite a long time to download of limewire even with a fast connection so be patient. you just search the movie you want in the search bar and click search "like searching for music". you should then get loads of available downloads appear. if only music is appearing check the top left of the screen and you Willl find tabs with music, video, program e.c.t on them. click on the video tab. to download which one you want simply double click the name and it wil begin to download in your download bar which will appear. when its fully downloaded find where your PC saves the files you download from limewire and double click. it should then play. If it doesn't you may need to install different or some video playback software, or though windows media player can usually handle most clips, happy downloading :-)

Download the Movie as you would a music file,have it sent to your My DVD in My Documents. When you click on it ,it appears in Windows Media Player for you to watch,but they can take a long long time to download

Try bittorrent instead of lime wire it is not peer to peer so is not as risky as lime wire.
