Sure, the seasons aren't all that different. A few more rainy days in the winter with much larger waves but only a few degrees cooler than summer. March is a shoulder season in both cost and weather. The scenery is the same year-round,except for the waves. There is no better weather on Earth in my opinion. Hurricane season is the same as the Caribbean, roughly May to November, and there hasn't been one since Iniki in 1992. Tsunami is almost as much of a threat but totally random and unlikely. Don't rule out the other islands! Oahu has lots of treasures (and is underrated!), but all the islands are different from each other. Post any other questions you may have and I'll try to answer them.
Aloha!

I have been to Hawaii many different times of year. It's all good. It rains almost every day anyway, but not for long, and everyone's used to it.
The best thing you can do is get a few travel guides (Fodors, Frommers, etc.) from your local library before you go. Flip through, find the book you like best, and go buy it. Have a few activities planned, and exciting ones will come up as you go.
Have a great trip.

I've been to Oahu in late-Aug/early Sept. & mid-Dec.--both times were amazing and beautiful. Rainy season is supposed to be in the winter, although when I was there it rained once (in Dec.). There was more rain during my first trip, but mostly at night or early morning when I was indoors anyways.
My sister went in Feb. and said it was uncomfortably humid (it was at the tail end of a very rainy season), so March sounds like a nice time to go. Have fun!

i think of February by April is the superb, by way of fact whale season is December by April. yet, November by January could be greater high priced by way of holiday journeys (extremely air fare). i could propose contacting a shuttle agent for an all-inclusive motel. in case you circulate to multiple web content, they in many situations desire you to sign in, meaning you would be on somebody's digital mail record. so a techniques as top notch flights, those are in many situations approximately thrice as much as financial gadget type. as an occasion, the main inexpensive flight from San Diego to Maui is approximately $650 according to guy or woman around holiday. yet, the top notch flights initiate at approximately $1850. i desire to advise you detect out while's the earliest you are able to examine in for a flight and notice in case you are able to improve on the airport. Hawaiian airlines basically quotes $3 hundred according to guy or woman according to flight to enhance to top notch. of direction, in the event that they overbooked the flight, there is not any longer any availability.

Excellent time. I went in February. Temps. are pretty much always the same there. Unless you're going to surf, then other months are better than others.
