That's a very good question. I have asked that too. The truth is it's not hatred, but some people like to say that.
Some people just can't stand the idea of being called wrong. I don't understand it. I personally would rather be called wrong (when I am) so that I might change for the better, rather than have everyone call me right and continue to be wrong.

Because right and wrong are two ends of a spectrum... now say you build this spectrum into a circular line... all bad things lead to good things and all good things lead to bad things. Also... you have to think about hatred and love in the same way. Everything is illuminated by definitions... but who truly can define anything.

it may be an outstanding circulate, to unite the rustic for Obama to declare an end to the prepare of "getting in spite of whitey", the politics of race baiting and inciting racial conflict. the folk who desire to maintain affirmative action prepare selective racism and selective bias. Hate crimes propose if the sufferer is a collection exploited via liberals, the crime is greater severe. So, in the experience that your baby is murdered that crime is way less punishable in the experience that your baby isn't a member of the "minority de jour", in spite of the fact that minority is being exploited via liberals. in case you oppose something a liberal helps you're a racist, that's what affirmative action, exertions unions and hate crimes are approximately. What liberals are no longer approximately, is equality, fairness and freedom of selective discrimination.

To make a statement that something not on the liberal agenda is wrong makes you a hateful intolerant biggot. However if you are liberal and you declare something right or wrong it is ok.

The first question I have in response to yours is whether it is considered hatred, and by whom. I have a natural suspicion of passive voice questions.

Haven't you heard that there absolutely are no absolutes?
That is the climate of the day.
Also to declare right from wrong is intolerant.
That is the political correctness of the day.

What do you mean? Let me guess, you were arguing with a very religious person and tried to explain morality without god? I've seen that revelation induce nervous breakdowns and hatred; they can't stand the possibility that atheists might not be completely immoral.

Well because often 'right and wrong' are determined arbitrarily by mental midgets who believe a lot of ancient superstitious dogma.
