First, do you have a body frame or the bone structure to even be that thin?
You should eat like a bird, a little bit, all day long. Eat healthy. Veggies and fruits, raw or blanched, with no dips...or fat free dips. But even the fat free dips will add extra caloires in your total calorie count.
You must eat some kind of naturally occuring oils, like the kind found in nuts-not peanuts..cashews and almonds are good.
Light fish for meat..about 4oz.
You should really talk to a nutritionilist or a Dr or join weight watchers.
As for excersize, pilates, that will make you lean, tall and strong.
Be safe, good luck and no barfing after dinner!

1300 calories. Must eat breakfast every morning, should eat oatmeal. Must eat lunch that includes a fruit, and dinner before 6p that includes veggies. No soda, very limited carbs, no junkfood. Do not add salt to your diet.
Rule about things you drink. If it has sugar in it you do not need to drink it. Unless it's milk or a juice that is 100% juice. The best thing to drink is to make homemade smoothies. To make them you blend a banana, orange, yogurt, ice, and lowfat juice.
If you get the munchies keep a bag of baby carrotts or fruit around. You can eat as much fresh fruit you want. Do not eat after 7pm. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. No fried food anymore, you cannot lose weight if you fry food. Cook food the three Bs way which is broil, bbq, or bake.

You know enough to ask about calories, but not how to count them?
And, you obviously don't know a few other things:
1. You're a victim of genetics. No amount of dieting will solve genetics.
2. Models are unhealthy. Everyone recognizes that. Do you wish to be unhealthy? I mean, guys do NOT like sick chicks.
3. Models might be skinny... but then they normally have $10,000 or more in plastic surgery. You ready for a boob and nose job? Butt lift? Shall I go on?
Learn to be happy and healthy. If you're happy and healthy, then that is the basic building blocks of being attractive. People want to be around others that are happy and healthy. If you're unhappy and unhealthy, being model-skinny isn't gonna work.

WHOA-stop right there! A person who is asking these sort of questions is looking for serious problems. I personnally don't recommend this sort of concentration camp ideal looking women.It's dangerous and looks disgusting. You don't have to be a runway model. You can do other types of modeling where ya don't have to be so skinny.Look at "Ugly" Betty. She's really not at all ugly but shows that real women should have curves instead of bones sticking out. Eating disorders are very serious diseases and even after 1 gets it under control it could have already done enough damage to your organs to kill you as a result of doing this.

sorry how old are u i think that u need to stay healthly first i u really want to be a model talk to a doctor and let mom know it hard trying to stay skinny make sure doctor and mom agree on health plan dont do it by urself thats how (most) eating disorders start if u r thin just eat more healthy get rid of junk sodas if bigger ask mom or freind to run and if u get rid of junk sodas u should be okay

A person should have an 1800 calorie diet per meal. They will keep from gaining weight and if too large will start to shed pounds. Watch the junk food.

it depends on how tall you are and how old you are,your body needs 3 meals a day especially if your only a teenager,if your height is 5'6-5'8 your normal weight should be at least 105-125 if your 5'8-5'11 you should weight at least 125-145 lbs.nothings wrong with chocolate as long as you dont eat too much of it every day,and jogging is the best exercise

Ack, what is it with today? So many girls asking this. Who would want to look like those losers. Everyone makes fun of them. They're SICK. And they look like hell. Nothing attractive about them at all. I can't stand women who are obsessed with every calorie. Horrible and no fun to go out and do anything with.
