I haven't been working out a lot for a while. Now when I do even 5 pushups, my head hurts and feels hot. Why is this? Is it bad? How do I make it stop?

If this happens with every exercise I would just say your body is not used to the activity. If you can do other things (swimming, running, ect.) and this does not happen I would suggest seeing your doctor. There may be a problem with those muscles, or a stress on an organ. Try other things like jumping jacks, and see if you get the same reaction.

i think it's because you're tightening up too much or not breathing
