after 2 kids i am overweight but most of it is around my tummy, what are the best exercises i can do at home as do not have time or cash to go to gym. do not want to have to buy any expensive equipment.

GO TO BODYBUILDING.COM IT'S GOOD FOR SHOWING EXECISES SPECIFIC FOR ALL BODYPARTS!!

hiya im a mum of three children and i found sit ups were the best thing to help me get a flatter tummy.
you can buy a gym ball for about £5 which makes sit ups easier to do, good luck hope this helps xxx

Sit ups, forward lunges and pelvic thrusts. Any exercise that uses the abdominal muscles will help.

Mr.Motivator came to my work (Woolies) the other day to demonstrate, & my friend asked a simmilar question. He said sit ups (with your knees up) is what he uses to keep trim. xxx

do push up and sit ups will do , do not buy equipment what for u will not use them more than twice
