a metrosexual is someone that is in touch with his feminine side but not so much that he is gay. He wears nice clothes, maybe gets manicures and pedicures, never has scuffed shoes, spends more than 15 minutes in front of a mirror, and understands when you just can't get that cowlick to lay down.

A "pretty boy". Its a guy who is very appearance conscious. His shoes and belt match. He may pluck his eyebrows. His hair is perfect. He's a magnet for homos but claims to prefer women. I think alot of 'metrosexuals' are closet homos...and it gives em a chance to play on the edge and explore people wondering about their orientation.

A heterosexual guy who is neat, clean, dresses nice, etc (traits stereotypically associated with gay males).

It's a dude who spends more time at salons and shopping malls than chicks. They usually have money, or they couldn't afford the lifestyle. Pretty boys......Ewwww.

i think it's a straight guy who embraced his feminine side. he's not gay, doesn't have the lisp, but is a little too clean, and knows a little too much about girl stuff.
