We are the same age(14). We have two classes together and we have talked before. I dont have a problem talking with her. I just need the best way to ask her to be my girlfriend.

Son, it's been about 20 years since I was your age, and something I've learned over the past few decades with chicks is that they love directness, and male confidence. Just go for it. Don't beat around the bush or him haw over it. She's a girl. She's 14 years old. She's not like some 27 year old supermodel or millionaire celebrity. Just go for it man. I know how nerve racking it can be- but you'll see as you get older it gets easier. Just walk up to her, be like "Hey baby, we should be going out, I really like you, I really want to get to know you, spend time with you, take care of you," and let it go. She'll be putty.
Good luck man, remember- if it doesn't work out, you'll have at least a solid dozen more girlfriends before you graduate high school.

take this from a girl...
1)make sure shes interested
2)compliment her and flirt with her to let her know your interested. dont just ask her with out some kind of warning
3) try to make it as romantic as possible and dont have your friend do it for you
4)let her know why you wanna go out with her
5)make her feel special liek shes the only one for you( if thats how you feel)

because you are young, you need to take your time and become her friend first. At this age, she would be scared and might draw away from you if you are too blunt. Play the game right. Take your time. If she gives the vibe that she likes you, then make the move.

just be opened minded and ask her if she would lyk it to go to the movies with u (but do it at the end of class b.c if she rejects u i dont think u'd wanna stick around to long) =] hope u do well

tell her that you like her, look, the best way to get it all in one asking is to slip her a note saying that you like her and that you'd like to take her out sometime,............its short, sweet, and she'll think it's cute
