They AREN'T disabilities. Good grief. You think you are special? You have no idea how many people have health issues and live fine everyday. You're problems are all mental. If you want to stop being miserable, then get professional help. If you start saying, "I can't" or "It won't help" then you are addicted to your misery and fear that if you didn't have this crutch to lean on, people wouldn't feel sorry for you anymore.

you can not combat all of these at the same time. You have to take one step at a time.
Figure out what is taking the most toll on you and work on that. For example if it is the panic attacks deal with that first.
There are medications that help with panic and stress. It does not hurt to talk to someone either. It has been a 15 year battle for me (social anxiety/depression). I now have a handle on it and I no longer need meds. There is hope and it is a long road, but you can do it. It is hard, but you must keep trying. Tell yourself that you can do this everytime you step out the door. Don't give up!
Have you been to a allergist for the asthma?
Good luck!!

Don't try to battle them all at once, that's too much for anyone to face in one go. Instead, just take a deep breath, get out there, forget about your worries and try to enjoy life.
By classing these as disabilities, you are putting yourself down straight away. Disabilities are things such as deafness, blindness, limbs which don't work, to name but a few. People with these complaints do not stay in because they don't think it's worth living, they just get on with life.
If you sit at home worrying that you will have a panic attack the second you walk out the front door, that will happen, however, if you think to yourself, "I'm going out and I'll do this today, I will be fine", that will more than likely happen too. If you do have a attack, someone will surely help you out and there are ways of coping alone by learning to breath through them.
Good luck

OK dear what you do is take it little by little I had social phobia due to earth quakes. You just have to force yourself a bit, wear depends if you half too. Take an inhaler with you and plan ahead Take people with you your comfortable with in social situations
Stay just a little while and start prolonging the time little by little. If your mental health doctor has put you on meds. Keep on them . you can't just say Oh I feel better I won't take them today .You must keep levels at a normal level. Start reading uplifting books and like the Power of positive thinking. Stay away from Negative things like R rated violent movies and also watching the news flip the channel. Also get tapes from the library about addressing anxiety . Little by little you will feel a little better.
Getting better is a daily thing you can't do it all at once.
If you can see a mental health Doc.

You are an attention seeker. Go see your doctor and please take someones advice for once. You have asked over 60 questions regarding this subject. You have every illness going. People have tried to give you advice and you are continuously ignoring it. There are loads of ILL people out there who are seriously ill, so stop whingeing and think of them for once. If you carry on, i can see your little boy having problems. You don't want that do you. Get some proffesional help or you could find him being removed from your care.

I would start by seeing your doctor and get a referal to a phycologist ,asthma is a physical health concern the others are mental issues .all can be overcome one at a time trying to fix them all at once will be overwhelming .I have seen others overcome these problems with time and setting little goals until they feel comfortable doing them then they make the goal harder and harder even if for just short times you will get improvement .You can try these mental issues this way by yourself but the asthma should be treated by a doctor .

They can't be taken care of all at once. Best advice is to discuss these problems with a psychologist. Consider a camera hobby - go outside, walk around and take pictures to occupy your mind.

get to a endocrinologist and have him check your endocrine system. Imbalances can cause panic, heart palpitations, depression, allergies, high stress levels, and a host of other problems.
