It really depends on what kind of person you are. I think that I like huskies. Here's some sites. But a Husky might get hot in hot places though. I don't know. Good luck!

I own and show 3 boxers and they are the BEST breed I have EVER had. I grew up with labs and ausies and neither compare to my boxers. They have NO respitory issues, they are extreamly smart, great with kids (I have a 1 year old son and a 3 year old daughter), excellent with other dogs, very willing to please and LOVE to be with people. Boxers don't require the grooming that a husky would but they are kind of hyper, so really it depends on what your looking for.

Chalk me up in the Boxer column. (I have two). Yes, they are high energy! They are also extremely friendly, loving, loyal, trainable, smart-they are very social. They don't like to be left alone, so if you work long hours, I would steer you away from them. The do require training-left to their own with nothing constructive to do, they will almost certainly find something destructive to do. They also require plenty of exercise. Pent up energy turns into mischief! As for the person before me who said they aren't always good with kids-Hogwash. I've known boxers my whole life and have lived with four. Every one of them has been a perfect lady or gentleman with kids.
I don't know much about huskies-I've always heard they are really good dogs.

Both are hyper breeds. Huskies shed constantly year round, are prone to digging out of their fence, running off, etc. If you would like to sled with your husky, keep it in the house and have patience to train it, then that would be a good match.
Boxers are excellent family dogs, hyper also, but no shedding, they do tend to settle down as they get older, extremely smart, loyal to their people.
Do research on both breeds and see which fits better into your lifestyle.
If you like the look of the husky better and want something less hyper, go with a Malemute. they are bigger though.

a boxer is a much more high strung dog, and not always good with children, depending on how they are raised as a puppy. a husky is more gentle, but needs to be our doors a lot. they rather be outside than inside. so if you live in the country that's fine, but it's definitely not a city dog.

Both are great dogs. Huskys shed alot though and do not like hot climates due to their thick furs and they tend to run away. Boxers are great all around dog. But it all depends on what you like personally.

Huskys are hard to handle. They try to dominate. They require an alpha leader type of owner which is a lot of work.
Boxers, easygoing dogs, fun to have around.

DEPENDS ON YOUR LIFE STYLE. IF YOUR AND ACTIVE PERSON BOTH THESE DOGS WOULD MAKE A GOOD COMPANION. HUSKIES LIKE TO RUN ITS PART OF THERE NATURE, ALSO THEY HAVE TENDENCIES TO CHASE SMALL ANIMALS. EITHER ONE SHOULD HAVE A BIG FENCED YARD. I WOULD CHOOSE THE BOXER OVER THE HUSKY BREED
