There's no such thing as Nascars. NASCAR is an acronoym for National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing.
But, to answer your question, Nextel Cup and Busch cars DO have reverse.

yes nascar race cars have a reverse.but unless you know how to use it it's tuff to find. i drove an earnhardt #3 wrangler car and the #88 rusty wallace car in 03

yes all cars do do u not see them back up after a wresc what if they hit a wall they couldnt go through the wall unless they were going at the speed of light and there car weighed as much as a train so yes.

Yes they do , But sprint cars (the ones with the giant wing on top) do not they don't even have clutches you have to push them to start them and turn them off to stop.

yes they do. if you've ever watched them during a pit stop they get blocked in on or something you'll see them roll it back real quick..
or sometimes in a celebration they'll back up to something..
yeah, they have reverse..
