I actually agree with you, if we didnt have any questions what would we know?? It is almost like voting for a president and asking him no questions and then well you all seen what happened. I dont mean to compare are trusty president to a couple of boobs, but you get the point. I dont know how to answer this question other then what a doctor or my friends and i would say. When a girl is walking and her boobs have no bounce to them that could be a sign of being fake. If the girl is showing cleavage and the outer and/or inner Cleavage area seem to be a little rounder than normal that is a sign. Lets face it even doctors know that since this is a new procedure, that it has not been perfected yet. So of course there sometimes easier to spot the fakes from the real. I had a girlfriend who wanted fake boobs, i didnt want her to get them my friends thought i was crazy. There is a lot of reasons other than they might leak or rot out and her tities fall off. There is a good chance that she will never have any sexual stimulation her her nipple area after the procedure. So hmmm lets really think about the risk and the benefits of this

Well, you start with how they move, or don't(Fake).
Did she go on vacation with apples and come back looking like she's smuggling cantaloupes? Fake
Is she going bra-less and isn't sagging? Fake or damned good genes.
Remember, there are some very talented doctors out there which combined with the expected easing of restrictions on silicone implants, could make spotting fakes more difficult.
When all else fails, use the touch test.

I gave everyone who answered with some nonsense moralizing quip a thumbsdown.

Basically there's no way to tell instantly. Watch them over time. If there breasts seem unnaturally big, and they don't seem to lose and gain weight with the girl, they are fake. Generally there's no such thing as a 120lb girl with a c-cup. generally. Real boobs are made from fat.

Anyways, that's the only way other than drugging her and giving her a cat scan, or investigative surgery, and that's kinda distasteful and even harder to get away with.

I think you can usually tell by looking. Most are very obvious. Natural breasts are softer and more oval shaped. Fake ones look like solid balls of rubber stuck to the chest. Also, with fake boobs, the woman's upper arm will be very skinny. With naturally larger breasts, the arm/shoulder area will be fleshier.

im pretty bold so i was at a get together and my breasts are natural and i was talking with this woman who had the same size as me but hers were fake. she asked me first if mine were real and i proudly said yes. thats how i knew hers were fake. she was way to old to have perkier breasts than me. later on in the conversation, i asked her if i could poke one just to see what they felt like. then her boyfriend told me that i could grab them. i looked at him like he was high and just poked them. but thats just me.
